{"id":6961,"date":"2020-02-18T10:32:04","date_gmt":"2020-02-18T13:32:04","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/bonettiassociados.com.br\/?p=6961"},"modified":"2020-02-18T10:32:04","modified_gmt":"2020-02-18T13:32:04","slug":"trabalhista-esclarecido-o-preenchimento-da-gfip-no-contrato-de-trabalho-verde-e-amarelo-com-remuneracao-superior-a-um-salario-minimo-e-meio-nacional","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/bonettiassociados.com.br\/index.php\/2020\/02\/18\/trabalhista-esclarecido-o-preenchimento-da-gfip-no-contrato-de-trabalho-verde-e-amarelo-com-remuneracao-superior-a-um-salario-minimo-e-meio-nacional\/","title":{"rendered":"TRABALHISTA &#8211; ESCLARECIDO O PREENCHIMENTO DA GFIP NO CONTRATO DE TRABALHO VERDE E AMARELO COM REMUNERA\u00c7\u00c3O SUPERIOR A UM SAL\u00c1RIO-M\u00cdNIMO E MEIO NACIONAL"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Ato Declarat\u00f3rio Executivo Codac n\u00ba 7\/2020 &#8211; DOU de 18.02.2020.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">O Coordenador-Geral de Arrecada\u00e7\u00e3o e Cobran\u00e7a Substituto determinou que no preenchimento da Guia de Recolhimento do Fundo de Garantia do Tempo de Servi\u00e7o e Informa\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e0 Previd\u00eancia Social (GFIP), relativa a trabalhadores contratados na modalidade Contrato de Trabalho Verde e Amarelo, cuja remunera\u00e7\u00e3o seja superior a um sal\u00e1rio-m\u00ednimo e meio nacional, a empresa contratante dever\u00e1 observar o seguinte procedimento:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">a) informar na categoria 07 (Aprendiz e Trabalhador Contrato de Trabalho Verde e Amarelo), com o c\u00f3digo de movimenta\u00e7\u00e3o X1 (Trabalhador Contrato Verde e Amarelo);<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">b) informar no campo &#8220;Remunera\u00e7\u00e3o sem 13\u00ba&#8221; o valor da remunera\u00e7\u00e3o paga, devida ou creditada, inclusive f\u00e9rias proporcionais com acr\u00e9scimo de um ter\u00e7o;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">c) descartar a Guia de Previd\u00eancia Social (GPS) gerada pelo Sistema Empresa de Recolhimento do FGTS e Informa\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e0 Previd\u00eancia Social (Sefip), que n\u00e3o registrar\u00e1 o valor efetivamente devido; e<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">d) calcular, de forma manual, o valor das contribui\u00e7\u00f5es incidentes sobre a remunera\u00e7\u00e3o que ultrapassar o limite, ao qual deve ser acrescentado o valor das contribui\u00e7\u00f5es n\u00e3o alcan\u00e7adas pela isen\u00e7\u00e3o, prevista no art. 9\u00ba da Medida Provis\u00f3ria n\u00ba 905\/2019, as quais incidir\u00e3o sobre o valor total da remunera\u00e7\u00e3o.
