Desse total, 379.880 (56%) foram deferidos. Outros 54.353 pedidos foram cancelados e 240.235 indeferidos. As empresas tinham at\u00e9 31 de janeiro de 2020 para que apresentassem as solicita\u00e7\u00f5es de op\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">O termo de indeferimento relativo a pend\u00eancias na Secretaria Especial da Receita Federal do Brasil (RFB) ou na Procuradoria-Geral da Fazenda Nacional pode ser acessado por meio do Domic\u00edlio Tribut\u00e1rio Eletr\u00f4nico do Simples Nacional (DTE-SN) ou pode ser consultado na funcionalidade de acompanhamento (http:\/\/www8.receita.fazenda.gov.br\/SimplesNacional\/Servicos\/Grupo.aspx?grp=t&amp;area=1).
