{"id":6740,"date":"2020-02-05T10:33:13","date_gmt":"2020-02-05T13:33:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/bonettiassociados.com.br\/?p=6740"},"modified":"2020-02-05T10:33:13","modified_gmt":"2020-02-05T13:33:13","slug":"registro-do-comercio-ouvidoria-sera-substituida-pelo-sistema-reclame-ao-drei","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/bonettiassociados.com.br\/index.php\/2020\/02\/05\/registro-do-comercio-ouvidoria-sera-substituida-pelo-sistema-reclame-ao-drei\/","title":{"rendered":"REGISTRO DO COM\u00c9RCIO &#8211; OUVIDORIA SER\u00c1 SUBSTITU\u00cdDA PELO SISTEMA RECLAME AO DREI"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa Drei n\u00ba 73\/2020.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A partir de 27.05.2020, o Sistema Reclame ao Drei substituir\u00e1 a Ouvidoria-Geral do mesmo \u00f3rg\u00e3o, e ter\u00e1 como objetivo viabilizar o recebimento, o registro da an\u00e1lise e a resposta \u00e0s manifesta\u00e7\u00f5es dos usu\u00e1rios do servi\u00e7o de Registro P\u00fablico de Empresas Mercantis e Atividades Afins, competindo \u00e0s juntas comerciais promover sua ampla divulga\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Nesse sentido, compete ao Drei fornecer \u00e0s juntas comerciais o leiaute para inclus\u00e3o nas suas p\u00e1ginas institucionais, bem como respectivos links de direcionamento do Reclame ao Drei, al\u00e9m de gerir, atualizar e manter o Sistema do Reclame ao Drei.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">As manifesta\u00e7\u00f5es recebidas pelo Reclame ao Drei ser\u00e3o encaminhadas \u00e0s juntas comerciais, para an\u00e1lise e manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o.
