DOU &#8211; Edi\u00e7\u00e3o Extra de 10.08.2026.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">O Comit\u00ea Gestor do Simples Nacional (CGSN) estabeleceu nova data para a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o do emissor da NFS-e de Padr\u00e3o Nacional pelas microempresas (ME) e empresas de pequeno porte (EPP) optantes pelo Simples Nacional.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A data anteriormente prevista para setembro de 2026, estabelecida pela Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o CGSN n\u00ba\u00a0<strong>189<\/strong>\/<strong>2026<\/strong>\u00a0, foi alterada para 1\u00ba de novembro de 2026.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Portanto, at\u00e9 31 de outubro de 2026, os prestadores de servi\u00e7os continuar\u00e3o a emitir as NFS-e de acordo com a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o dos respectivos munic\u00edpios, que regulamenta a mat\u00e9ria relativa ao ISS e aos documentos fiscais.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A partir de 1\u00ba de novembro de 2026, as ME e EPP dever\u00e3o emitir a NFS-e pelo Emissor de NFS-e de Padr\u00e3o Nacional, diretamente pelo Portal Nacional ou mediante comunica\u00e7\u00e3o via API com software pr\u00f3prio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Com a altera\u00e7\u00e3o do prazo, a Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o CGSN n\u00ba\u00a0<strong>189\/2026\u00a0<\/strong>fica revogada.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">(Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o CGSN n\u00ba\u00a0<strong>191\/2026<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211;
