Portanto, ainda h\u00e1 tempo para que as empresas que desejem optar ou permanecer no regime possam regularizar eventuais pend\u00eancias com Uni\u00e3o, Estados, Distrito Federal e Munic\u00edpios.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A solicita\u00e7\u00e3o de op\u00e7\u00e3o deve ser realizada via internet, por meio do Portal do Simples Nacional, utilizando c\u00f3digo de acesso obtido dentro do portal ou por certificado digital.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">No momento da solicita\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e3o verificadas eventuais pend\u00eancias com os entes federados (Uni\u00e3o, Estados, Distrito Federal e Munic\u00edpios) que impe\u00e7am, momentaneamente, o ingresso no Simples.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Para a regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o de pend\u00eancias com a Receita Federal do Brasil ou com a Procuradoria Geral da Fazenda Nacional n\u00e3o \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio que o contribuinte se dirija \u00e0 uma unidade da RFB.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Caso o contribuinte precise regularizar pend\u00eancias cadastrais, deve acessar o portal da Redesim (www.redesim.gov.br).Para regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o de pend\u00eancias com os Estados, Distrito Federal e Munic\u00edpios, o contribuinte deve se dirigir \u00e0 Administra\u00e7\u00e3o Tribut\u00e1ria respons\u00e1vel.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">At\u00e9 o momento foram realizadas 534.794 solicita\u00e7\u00f5es de op\u00e7\u00e3o, sendo deferidas 190.890.
