Edi\u00e7\u00e3o de 29.07.2026.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">O Comit\u00ea Gestor do IBS (CGIBS) delegou compet\u00eancia ao Presidente do Conselho Superior para editar ato conjunto que definir\u00e1 a data de obrigatoriedade de emiss\u00e3o dos documentos fiscais eletr\u00f4nicos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Embora essa data ainda n\u00e3o tenha sido definida, foi estabelecido que o ato conjunto a ser publicado n\u00e3o poder\u00e1 fixar a obrigatoriedade de emiss\u00e3o dos documentos fiscais eletr\u00f4nicos em data posterior a 1\u00ba de janeiro de 2027.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Essa determina\u00e7\u00e3o representa uma prorroga\u00e7\u00e3o em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao prazo de 1\u00ba de agosto de 2026, definido pelo Ato Conjunto RFB\/CGIBS n\u00ba\u00a0<strong>1\/2025<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Vale lembrar que as regras de valida\u00e7\u00e3o dos documentos fiscais eletr\u00f4nicos tamb\u00e9m est\u00e3o previstas para entrar em vigor em 3 de agosto de 2026.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Com a nomea\u00e7\u00e3o do Presidente do CGIBS, respons\u00e1vel pela edi\u00e7\u00e3o do ato conjunto, espera-se que, em breve, sejam publicadas as datas definitivas para a obrigatoriedade de emiss\u00e3o dos documentos fiscais eletr\u00f4nicos que conter\u00e3o os novos tributos, IBS e CBS.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">(Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o CGIBS n\u00ba\u00a0<strong>16\/2026 <\/strong>&#8211;
