O encontro teve o objetivo de discutir aspectos relacionados \u00e0 classifica\u00e7\u00e3o tribut\u00e1ria de atividades do segmento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Durante o encontro, foram apresentados questionamentos sobre o enquadramento tribut\u00e1rio atualmente atribu\u00eddo aos subitens 25.04 e 25.05 da Lista de Servi\u00e7os da Lei Complementar 116\/2003 e seus poss\u00edveis reflexos sobre a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o no documento fiscal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Membros do Comit\u00ea Gestor questionaram a defini\u00e7\u00e3o do local da opera\u00e7\u00e3o para fins de incid\u00eancia do Imposto sobre Bens e Servi\u00e7os (IBS).
