O julgador observou que a folha de pagamento cita a verba como \u201cpr\u00eamio especial\u201d, n\u00e3o como \u201chiring bonus\u201d, e que o trabalhador recebeu a verba 90 dias depois de sua contrata\u00e7\u00e3o, sem qualquer justificativa.
