DOU 1 de 14.05.2026.<!--more--><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A Solu\u00e7\u00e3o de Consulta Cosit n\u00ba\u00a0<strong>77\/2026<\/strong>\u00a0esclareceu que no regime n\u00e3o cumulativo, n\u00e3o geram cr\u00e9ditos da contribui\u00e7\u00e3o para o PIS-Pasep e da Cofins, a t\u00edtulo de insumo, as despesas com Call Center (Teleatendimento\/Ouvidoria), quando tais servi\u00e7os n\u00e3o integram o processo de presta\u00e7\u00e3o dos servi\u00e7os final\u00edsticos das companhias de saneamento (abastecimento de \u00e1gua, esgotamento sanit\u00e1rio e gest\u00e3o de res\u00edduos s\u00f3lidos), situando-se em camadas comerciais ou de atendimento ao usu\u00e1rio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Conforme esclarece a norma, a imposi\u00e7\u00e3o legal\/regulat\u00f3ria n\u00e3o dispensa a exig\u00eancia de integra\u00e7\u00e3o ao processo produtivo, nos termos do Parecer Normativo Cosit\/RFB n\u00ba 5\/2018, e do art.\u00a0<strong>176<\/strong>\u00a0da Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa RFB n\u00ba\u00a0<strong>2.121\/2022<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">(Solu\u00e7\u00e3o de Consulta COSIT n\u00ba\u00a0<strong>77\/2026\u00a0<\/strong>&#8211;
