{"id":6188,"date":"2020-01-06T12:29:08","date_gmt":"2020-01-06T15:29:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/bonettiassociados.com.br\/?p=6188"},"modified":"2020-01-06T12:29:08","modified_gmt":"2020-01-06T15:29:08","slug":"sped-nf-e-divulgada-a-nota-tecnica-no-1-2019-versao-1-40-que-cria-e-atualiza-regras-de-validacao","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/bonettiassociados.com.br\/index.php\/2020\/01\/06\/sped-nf-e-divulgada-a-nota-tecnica-no-1-2019-versao-1-40-que-cria-e-atualiza-regras-de-validacao\/","title":{"rendered":"SPED\/NF-E &#8211; DIVULGADA A NOTA T\u00c9CNICA N\u00ba 1\/2019, VERS\u00c3O 1.40, QUE CRIA E ATUALIZA REGRAS DE VALIDA\u00c7\u00c3O"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Foi divulgada, no Portal da Nota Fiscal Eletr\u00f4nica, a Nota T\u00e9cnica n\u00ba 1\/2019, vers\u00e3o 1.40, que divulga novas regras de valida\u00e7\u00e3o e atualiza regras existentes da Nota Fiscal Eletr\u00f4nica (NF-e) e da Nota Fiscal de Consumidor Eletr\u00f4nica (NFC-e), conforme segue:<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">a) modifica\u00e7\u00e3o da RV N12-94 para deixar mais espec\u00edfica a rejei\u00e7\u00e3o, criando, assim, a RV N12-98 com sua respectiva rejei\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">b) adi\u00e7\u00e3o das exce\u00e7\u00f5es e dos modelos para as RV N12-85, N12-86, N12-90, N12-94, N12-97 e N12-98;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">c) informa\u00e7\u00e3o das exce\u00e7\u00f5es e das datas aplic\u00e1veis \u00e0s Unidades da Federa\u00e7\u00e3o (UF) que ativaram as RV N12-85, N12-86, N12-90, N12-94 e N12-97 e que ativar\u00e3o a N12-98; e<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">d) exclus\u00e3o do modelo 65 da valida\u00e7\u00e3o da RV B03-10.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">O prazo previsto para a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o das mudan\u00e7as \u00e9:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">a) implanta\u00e7\u00e3o de teste: 16.03.2020;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">b) implanta\u00e7\u00e3o de produ\u00e7\u00e3o: 11.05.2020.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">(Nota T\u00e9cnica n\u00ba 1\/2019, vers\u00e3o 1.40.
