{"id":6136,"date":"2019-12-19T10:14:04","date_gmt":"2019-12-19T13:14:04","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/bonettiassociados.com.br\/?p=6136"},"modified":"2019-12-19T10:14:04","modified_gmt":"2019-12-19T13:14:04","slug":"icms-confaz-divulga-atos-que-dispoem-sobre-documentos-fiscais-eletronicos-e-regime-de-substituicao-tributaria","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/bonettiassociados.com.br\/index.php\/2019\/12\/19\/icms-confaz-divulga-atos-que-dispoem-sobre-documentos-fiscais-eletronicos-e-regime-de-substituicao-tributaria\/","title":{"rendered":"ICMS &#8211; CONFAZ DIVULGA ATOS QUE DISP\u00d5EM SOBRE DOCUMENTOS FISCAIS ELETR\u00d4NICOS E REGIME DE SUBSTITUI\u00c7\u00c3O TRIBUT\u00c1RIA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Despacho Confaz n\u00ba 97\/2019 &#8211; DOU 1 de 19.12.2019.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Foram publicados os Ajustes Sinief n\u00bas 36 e 37\/2019 e o Conv\u00eanio ICMS n\u00ba 240\/2019, que disp\u00f5em sobre documentos fiscais eletr\u00f4nicos e regime de substitui\u00e7\u00e3o tribut\u00e1ria, conforme segue:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">a) Ajuste Sinief n\u00ba 36\/2019 &#8211; institui o Conhecimento de Transporte Eletr\u00f4nico para Outros Servi\u00e7os (CT-e OS), modelo 67, e o Documento Auxiliar do CT-e Outros Servi\u00e7os, a ser emitido pelos contribuintes do ICMS em substitui\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 Nota Fiscal de Servi\u00e7o de Transporte, modelo 7, nas hip\u00f3teses nele especificadas, com efeitos a partir de 1\u00ba.01.2022 para o \u00a7 5\u00ba da cl\u00e1usula quarta,e 1\u00ba.01.2020 para os demais dispositivos do citado Ajuste Sinief;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">b) Ajuste Sinief n\u00ba 37\/2019 &#8211; institui o regime especial de simplifica\u00e7\u00e3o do processo de emiss\u00e3o de documentos fiscais eletr\u00f4nicos, com efeitos a partir de 1\u00ba.07.2020.
