{"id":5928,"date":"2019-12-10T14:39:42","date_gmt":"2019-12-10T17:39:42","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/bonettiassociados.com.br\/?p=5928"},"modified":"2019-12-10T14:39:42","modified_gmt":"2019-12-10T17:39:42","slug":"presidente-do-senado-prorroga-mp-da-transacao-tributaria-por-mais-60-dias","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/bonettiassociados.com.br\/index.php\/2019\/12\/10\/presidente-do-senado-prorroga-mp-da-transacao-tributaria-por-mais-60-dias\/","title":{"rendered":"PRESIDENTE DO SENADO PRORROGA MP DA TRANSA\u00c7\u00c3O TRIBUT\u00c1RIA POR MAIS 60 DIAS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">O presidente do Senado, Davi Alcolumbre (DEM-AP), prorrogou, nesta segunda-feira (9\/12), por mais 60 dias a vig\u00eancia da Medida Provis\u00f3ria 899, a &#8220;MP do Contribuinte Legal&#8221;, que regulamenta o instituto da transa\u00e7\u00e3o tribut\u00e1ria, prevista no C\u00f3digo Tribut\u00e1rio Nacional.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">De acordo com a MP, haver\u00e1 a possibilidade de negocia\u00e7\u00e3o entre os contribuintes e a Procuradoria-Geral da Fazenda Nacional de poss\u00edveis prazos mais longos para pagamento de d\u00edvidas ou desconto sobre acr\u00e9scimos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Na pr\u00e1tica, a transa\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 poss\u00edvel tanto para d\u00edvidas em discuss\u00e3o no Judici\u00e1rio e no tribunais administrativos quanto para d\u00edvidas j\u00e1 inscritas em d\u00edvida ativa da Uni\u00e3o. Nas discuss\u00f5es do Judici\u00e1rio, o contribuinte ter\u00e1 que desistir para realizar a negocia\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Poder\u00e3o ser negociados PIS, Cofins, IPI, Contribui\u00e7\u00e3o Previdenci\u00e1ria, Imposto de Renda, CSLL e Imposto de Importa\u00e7\u00e3o.
