{"id":59250,"date":"2026-01-28T09:45:08","date_gmt":"2026-01-28T12:45:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bonettiassociados.com.br\/?p=59250"},"modified":"2026-01-28T09:45:08","modified_gmt":"2026-01-28T12:45:08","slug":"sistema-da-nfs-e-em-sp-passa-por-ajustes-para-a-reforma-mas-substituicao-no-layout-2-nao-esta-disponivel","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/bonettiassociados.com.br\/index.php\/2026\/01\/28\/sistema-da-nfs-e-em-sp-passa-por-ajustes-para-a-reforma-mas-substituicao-no-layout-2-nao-esta-disponivel\/","title":{"rendered":"SISTEMA DA NFS-E EM SP PASSA POR AJUSTES PARA A REFORMA, MAS SUBSTITUI\u00c7\u00c3O NO LAYOUT 2 N\u00c3O EST\u00c1 DISPON\u00cdVEL"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Sistema de NFS-e j\u00e1 permite emiss\u00e3o com ISS, IBS e CBS, mas substitui\u00e7\u00e3o de notas est\u00e1 em estudo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A Secretaria da Fazenda do Munic\u00edpio de S\u00e3o Paulo emitiu um comunicado esclarecendo que est\u00e1 fazendo adapta\u00e7\u00f5es no sistema emissor de Nota Fiscal de Servi\u00e7os Eletr\u00f4nica (NFS-e) para atender aos requisitos da reforma tribut\u00e1ria.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">O sistema da NFS-e passou a permitir emiss\u00e3o de NFS-e tanto com destaque apenas de ISS (layout 1) quanto com destaque de ISS, IBS e CBS (layout 2) desde o dia 1\u00ba de janeiro deste ano.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Neste momento o sistema ainda n\u00e3o est\u00e1 permitindo a substitui\u00e7\u00e3o de notas emitidas com o layout 2, mas a funcionalidade est\u00e1 em estudo para implementa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Assim, caso seja necess\u00e1rio alterar alguma informa\u00e7\u00e3o na NFS-e j\u00e1 emitida com o layout 2, o emissor dever\u00e1 realizar o cancelamento da nota emitida, e efetuar nova emiss\u00e3o com os dados corretos.
