Esse imposto faz parte da reforma tribut\u00e1ria do consumo aprovada pelo Congresso Nacional e sancionada pelo presidente Lula.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">O novo site consumo.tributos.gov.br foi criado para que contribuintes, profissionais e desenvolvedores possam aprender aos poucos as novas regras. De acordo com a Receita Federal, todo o processo ser\u00e1 educativo ao longo de 2026, sem gerar obriga\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras reais por enquanto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A partir de 2027, durante a transi\u00e7\u00e3o para o novo modelo de arrecada\u00e7\u00e3o, a CBS vai substituir o PIS e a Cofins. E entre 2029 e 2032, outro tributo, o IBS (Imposto sobre Bens e Servi\u00e7os), vai assumir o lugar do ICMS e do ISS, que s\u00e3o estaduais e municipais.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Em 2026, as empresas que n\u00e3o preencherem os novos campos da nota fiscal eletr\u00f4nica n\u00e3o ser\u00e3o multadas pelos primeiros tr\u00eas meses a partir da publica\u00e7\u00e3o dos regulamentos. Depois desse per\u00edodo, as notas devem trazer apenas valores simb\u00f3licos: 0,9% de CBS e 0,1% de IBS.
