O novo texto foi aprovado na madrugada desta 3\u00aa feira (16.dez.2025).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Eram alguns pontos aprovados na Casa Alta:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>Regime regular de IBS e CBS (suprimiu-se o art. 87-C) <\/strong>\u2013 Senado permitiu aderir a op\u00e7\u00e3o em setembro. Novo parecer retirou a determina\u00e7\u00e3o<strong>.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>Prazo de pagamento do Microempreendedor Individual (\u00a7 5\u00ba, II art. 18-A) <\/strong>\u2013 O Senado aprovou que o recolhimento dos tributos nos moldes do Simples pudesse ser feito at\u00e9 o \u00faltimo dia de setembro. O novo relat\u00f3rio prev\u00ea que continue o prazo do in\u00edcio do ano-calend\u00e1rio.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>Pedir exclus\u00e3o do Simples (\u00a7 1\u00ba, inciso I, art. 30 e inciso I, art. 31) <\/strong>\u2013 Senadores deixaram que pequenos neg\u00f3cios pudessem sair do regime at\u00e9 31 de dezembro.
