sans-serif;\">Por isso, a 6\u00aa C\u00e2mara C\u00edvel do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Rio Grande do Sul aceitou pedido de um hospital federal p\u00fablico de Porto Alegre, condenado a indenizar por dano moral uma paciente v\u00edtima de curetagem malfeita.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Com o provimento parcial da apela\u00e7\u00e3o \u2014 porque, no m\u00e9rito, a condena\u00e7\u00e3o por responsabilidade civil foi mantida \u2014, o hospital pode emitir um precat\u00f3rio para pagar os R$ 10 mil de repara\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">&#8220;Com efeito, esta \u00e9 a situa\u00e7\u00e3o jur\u00eddica da institui\u00e7\u00e3o hospitalar demandada, pois embora seja pessoa jur\u00eddica de direito privado, constitu\u00edda sob a forma de sociedade an\u00f4nima, \u00e9 considerada uma empresa estatal
