ESTADO ALTERA O PRE\u00c7O MENSAL DO SERVI\u00c7O PARA FINS DE CONCESS\u00c3O DA ISEN\u00c7\u00c3O DO IMPOSTO RELATIVA AO PROGRAMA BANDA LARGA POPULAR"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Para fins e aplica\u00e7\u00e3o da isen\u00e7\u00e3o do ICMS, incidente nas presta\u00e7\u00f5es de servi\u00e7os de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o a pessoa f\u00edsica, na modalidade de disponibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de meios de acesso \u00e0 Internet em banda larga, devem observadas as condi\u00e7\u00f5es estabelecidas no RICMS-SP\/2000 , Anexo I , art. 145.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Os pre\u00e7os mensais do servi\u00e7o &#8211; que inclui os equipamentos necess\u00e1rios, sua manuten\u00e7\u00e3o e os demais servi\u00e7os inerentes \u00e0 comunica\u00e7\u00e3o pela Internet, devidos \u00e0 prestadora do servi\u00e7o ou a terceiros, tais como provimento de servi\u00e7o de conex\u00e3o \u00e0 Internet ou atendimento ao assinante &#8211; sejam iguais ou inferiores aos mencionados adiante, passaram de<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">a) R$ 32,90 para R$ 34,90, para os contratos em que a faixa de velocidade m\u00e1xima de transfer\u00eancia de arquivos eletr\u00f4nicos, entre o prestador do servi\u00e7o e o computador do tomador do servi\u00e7o, seja de 1000 Kbps;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">b) R$ 36,90 para R$ 39,90, para os contratos em que a faixa de velocidade m\u00e1xima de transfer\u00eancia de arquivos eletr\u00f4nicos, entre o prestador do servi\u00e7o e o computador do tomador do servi\u00e7o, seja de 1500 Kbps;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">c) R$ 39,90 para R$ 49,90, para os contratos em que a faixa de velocidade m\u00e1xima de transfer\u00eancia de arquivos eletr\u00f4nicos, entre o prestador do servi\u00e7o e o computador do tomador do servi\u00e7o, seja de 2000 Kbps.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">(Decreto n\u00ba 64.619\/2019 &#8211;
