DOU 1 de 03.11.2025.<\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A Portaria RFB n\u00ba 596\/2025 alterou a Portaria RFB n\u00ba 549\/2025, que instituiu, no \u00e2mbito da Secretaria Especial da Receita Federal do Brasil (RFB), o Piloto da Reforma Tribut\u00e1ria do Consumo referente \u00e0 Contribui\u00e7\u00e3o sobre Bens e Servi\u00e7os &#8211; Piloto RTC &#8211; CBS, para fins de assegurar, de forma eficiente e colaborativa, a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o da Contribui\u00e7\u00e3o sobre Bens e Servi\u00e7os (CBS).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Em face da nova reda\u00e7\u00e3o dada ao inciso I do art. 4\u00ba da citada Portaria n\u00ba 549\/2025, somente poder\u00e3o participar do Piloto RTC &#8211; CBS as pessoas jur\u00eddicas que possuam relacionamento pr\u00e9vio com a RFB, conforme:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">a) o Termo de Coopera\u00e7\u00e3o ou Termo de Compromisso pactuado no \u00e2mbito do Programa de Conformidade Cooperativa Fiscal (Confia);<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">b) o Termo de Compromisso pactuado no \u00e2mbito do Programa Brasileiro de Operador Econ\u00f4mico Autorizado &#8211; Programa OEA; ou<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">c) a participa\u00e7\u00e3o nos processos de homologa\u00e7\u00e3o do Sistema P\u00fablico de Escritura\u00e7\u00e3o Digital (Sped).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">(Portaria RFB n\u00ba 596\/2025 &#8211;
