A medida passar\u00e1 a vigorar em 2020.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Segundo o governo, o custo total do DPVAT ao governo federal \u00e9 de R$ 8,9 bilh\u00f5es. Ele estima que seriam necess\u00e1rios R$ 4,2 bilh\u00f5es para cobrir os valores pagos \u00e0s v\u00edtimas. Outros R$ 4,7 bilh\u00f5es seriam referentes \u00e0 administra\u00e7\u00e3o e fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o do recurso<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Ainda de acordo com a medida, o SUS vai continuar prestando assist\u00eancia universal para todos os brasileiros mesmo sem essa fonte de receita.Para o Minist\u00e9rio da Economia, o dinheiro excedente da arrecada\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 destinado \u00e0 Conta \u00danica do Tesouro Nacional, em tr\u00eas parcelas anuais de R$ 1,2 bilh\u00f5es nos anos de 2020, 2021 e 2022.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A MP tamb\u00e9m extingue o Seguro de Danos Pessoais Causados por Embarca\u00e7\u00f5es, ou por sua carga, a pessoas transportadas ou n\u00e3o (DPEM).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Os acidentes permanecer\u00e3o cobertos at\u00e9 o fim deste ano. A gestora do seguro, a Seguradora L\u00edder continuar\u00e1 respons\u00e1vel pelos segurados at\u00e9 o fim de 2025, mas atendendo apenas os sinistros ocorridos at\u00e9 2019. Uma das maiores seguradoras deste cons\u00f3rcio \u00e9 a Excelsior, da fam\u00edlia do deputado federal Luciano Bivar (PSL-PE), atual desafeto do presidente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Criado em 1974, o seguro obrigat\u00f3rio tinha como objetivo criar uma ampla rede de pagadores \u2014 os donos dos ve\u00edculos \u2014 respons\u00e1veis pela indeniza\u00e7\u00e3o de qualquer v\u00edtima do tr\u00e2nsito, inclusive pedestres.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A MP que acaba com o DPVAT e com o DPEM passa a vigorar assim que for publicada no Di\u00e1rio Oficial da Uni\u00e3o.
