O grupo tamb\u00e9m avaliar\u00e1, periodicamente, o sistema tribut\u00e1rio nacional e os impactos da reforma tribut\u00e1ria.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A institui\u00e7\u00e3o do grupo atende ao requerimento (REQ) 66\/2024 &#8211; CAE do senador Vanderlan Cardoso (PSD-GO), que preside a CAE. Segundo ele, o grupo buscar\u00e1 garantir que o sistema tribut\u00e1rio \u201cseja eficiente, transparente e promova a justi\u00e7a fiscal em todo o territ\u00f3rio nacional\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Atualmente um grupo de trabalho da C\u00e2mara dos Deputados analisa o projeto de lei complementar (PLP) 68\/2024, enviado pelo governo, que institui as mudan\u00e7as aprovadas pela Emenda Constitucional 132, de 2023.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>Terrenos de marinha<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">O colegiado tamb\u00e9m aprovou na reuni\u00e3o a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de debate sobre a proposta de emenda \u00e0 Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o (PEC 3\/2022) que autoriza a Uni\u00e3o a vender os chamados terrenos de marinha, localizados pr\u00f3ximos das praias, lagoas e rios.
