individuais (MEIs) n\u00e3o devem sofrer diretamente com as mudan\u00e7as tribut\u00e1rias propostas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Atualmente, os MEIs pagam apenas 5% do sal\u00e1rio m\u00ednimo (R$ 1.412) em tributos e fazem parte do Simples Nacional.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A decis\u00e3o de deixar de fora os MEIs das mudan\u00e7as tribut\u00e1rias propostas na reforma se deu por uma quest\u00e3o de \u201cprote\u00e7\u00e3o social\u201d, j\u00e1 que a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o dos impostos poderia dificultar o crescimento dos neg\u00f3cios, explica a advogada tributarista, Fernanda Terra.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">De acordo com a reforma do consumo, haver\u00e1 modifica\u00e7\u00f5es em cinco tributos, sendo eles:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Impostos sobre Produtos Industrializados (IPI);<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Programa de Integra\u00e7\u00e3o Social (PIS);<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Contribui\u00e7\u00e3o para o Financiamento da Seguridade Social (Cofins);<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Imposto sobre Circula\u00e7\u00e3o de Mercadorias e Servi\u00e7os (ICMS);<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Imposto Sobre Servi\u00e7os (ISS).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Vale destacar que as mudan\u00e7as ainda est\u00e3o em fase de regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o no Congresso Nacional e a reforma ir\u00e1 substituir o IPI, PIS e Cofins pela Contribui\u00e7\u00e3o sobre Bens e Servi\u00e7os (CBS).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Al\u00e9m disso, como proposto, haver\u00e1 a unifica\u00e7\u00e3o do ICMS e ISS no Imposto sobre Bens e Servi\u00e7os (IBS).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Diante dessas mudan\u00e7as, o setor empresarial espera que, mesmo com a substitui\u00e7\u00e3o e unifica\u00e7\u00e3o, as taxas n\u00e3o sofram mudan\u00e7as de valor, segundo o diretor da Federa\u00e7\u00e3o Nacional das Empresas de Servi\u00e7os Cont\u00e1beis e das Empresas de Assessoramento, Per\u00edcias, Informa\u00e7\u00f5es e Pesquisas (Fenacon).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u00c9 importante ainda ressaltar que os impactos centrais devem ser registrados em empresas do lucro real e presumido e a al\u00edquota prevista na proposta de regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o para o com\u00e9rcio e servi\u00e7os \u00e9 de
