DOU de 14.01.2022.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Foram revogadas diversas Instru\u00e7\u00f5es Normativas que disp\u00f5em sobre obriga\u00e7\u00f5es acess\u00f3rias no \u00e2mbito da Secretaria Especial da Receita Federal do Brasil (RFB), conforme segue:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">a) Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa SRF n\u00ba 96\/1994 que autoriza a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de selos pl\u00e1sticos de seguran\u00e7a;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">b) Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa SRF n\u00ba 159\/2002 que aprova o programa gerador da Declara\u00e7\u00e3o Especial de Informa\u00e7\u00f5es Fiscais relativas ao Controle do Papel Imune (DIF-Papel Imune), vers\u00e3o 1.0, e d\u00e1 outras provid\u00eancias;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">c) Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa RFB n\u00ba 866\/2008 que disp\u00f5e sobre a solicita\u00e7\u00e3o de enquadramento e de reenquadramento de bebidas classificadas nos c\u00f3digos 22.04, 22.05, 22.06 e 22.08 da Tabela de Incid\u00eancia do Imposto sobre Produtos Industrializados ( TIPI ), nos termos da Lei n\u00ba 7.798\/1989, e d\u00e1 outras provid\u00eancias; e<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">d) Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa RFB n\u00ba 1.365\/2013, que revoga a Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa SRF n\u00ba 31\/1999, a qual disp\u00f5e o emprego do selo de controle a que est\u00e3o sujeitos os f\u00f3sforos de proced\u00eancia estrangeira.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa em fundamento entra em vigor em 14.01.2022.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">(Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa RFB n\u00ba 2.062\/2022 &#8211;
