Entre as altera\u00e7\u00f5es tamb\u00e9m foi impactado o c\u00e1lculo do Difal nas sa\u00eddas interestaduais para contribuinte.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A Lei Complementar publicada hoje, estabeleceu que seus efeitos se iniciam no prazo de 90 dias, contado da data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o (05.04.2022), em atendimento ao art. 150, III, &#8220;c&#8221;, da CF\/1988 (princ\u00edpio da noventena).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Contudo, alertamos que este dispositivo constitucional prev\u00ea a observ\u00e2ncia tamb\u00e9m do princ\u00edpio da anterioridade anual (art. 150, III, &#8220;b&#8221; da CF\/1988).
