PRORROGADOS PRAZOS DE ISEN\u00c7\u00c3O, REDU\u00c7\u00c3O A ZERO E SUSPENS\u00c3O DE TRIBUTOS EM REGIMES ESPECIAIS DE DRAWBACK"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">O ato em fundamento disp\u00f5e sobre a prorroga\u00e7\u00e3o excepcional de prazos de isen\u00e7\u00e3o, de redu\u00e7\u00e3o a zero de al\u00edquotas ou de suspens\u00e3o de tributos em regimes especiais de drawback.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Os prazos de isen\u00e7\u00e3o ou de redu\u00e7\u00e3o a zero de al\u00edquotas de tributos previstos nos atos concess\u00f3rios do regime especial de drawback de que trata o art. 31 da Lei n\u00ba 12.350\/2010 , poder\u00e3o ser prorrogados, em car\u00e1ter excepcional, por mais um ano, na hip\u00f3tese de terem sido prorrogados:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">a) por um ano pela autoridade competente; ou<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">b) na forma prevista no art. 2\u00ba da Lei n\u00ba 14.060\/2020, e que tenham termo no ano de 2021.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Os prazos de suspens\u00e3o de tributos previstos nos atos concess\u00f3rios do regime especial de drawback de que trata o art. 12 da Lei n\u00ba 11.945\/2009, poder\u00e3o ser prorrogados, em car\u00e1ter excepcional, por mais um ano, na hip\u00f3tese de terem sido prorrogados:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">a) por um ano pela autoridade competente; ou<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">b) na forma prevista no art. 2\u00ba da Lei n\u00ba 14.060\/2020, e que tenham termo no ano de 2021.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Esta Medida Provis\u00f3ria entra em vigor em 15.12.2021.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">(Medida Provis\u00f3ria n\u00ba 1.079\/2021 &#8211;
