O texto aumenta a base de tributa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A mudan\u00e7a \u00e9 para sociedades cujos profissionais (s\u00f3cios, empregados ou n\u00e3o) s\u00e3o habilitados ao exerc\u00edcio da mesma atividade e prestam servi\u00e7os de forma pessoal, em nome da sociedade, assumindo responsabilidade pessoal, mas de algumas categorias determinadas na norma.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">At\u00e9 o fim do ano, a base de c\u00e1lculo \u00e9 calculada sobre R$ 800 multiplicado pelo n\u00famero de profissionais habilitados da sociedade. Agora o tributo vai incidir sobre bases maiores.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A base menor \u00e9 de R$ 1.995,26 multiplicados pelo n\u00famero de profissionais habilitados, se forem no m\u00e1ximo cinco. A maior, de R$ 60 mil, multiplicado pelo n\u00famero de habilitados para quando o n\u00famero total superar cem.
