A ProcuradoriaGeral da Fazenda Nacional (PGFN) vai prorrogar por tr\u00eas meses a possibilidade de\u00a0 ades\u00e3o \u00e0s propostas da transa\u00e7\u00e3o da cobran\u00e7a da d\u00edvida ativa de FGTS, conforme previsto no Edital n\u00ba 3, de 2021. A prorroga\u00e7\u00e3o foi publicada hoje no Di\u00e1rio Oficial da Uni\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">O prazo limite original era hoje a agora passa a ser 28 de fevereiro de 2022, \u00e0s 19 horas. Essa transa\u00e7\u00e3o trata s\u00f3 de FGTS, seja verba rescis\u00f3ria ou FGTS corrente, portanto, valores que n\u00e3o se destinam \u00e0 Uni\u00e3o \u2013 parte \u00e9 do trabalhador e parte no fundo do FGTS (sobre a qual h\u00e1 desconto, a do trabalhador \u00e9 preservada integralmente).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">At\u00e9 meados de novembro, 76 milh\u00f5es de d\u00e9bitos de FGTS foram recuperados por meio desse formato de negocia\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">As transa\u00e7\u00f5es gerais da d\u00edvida ativa da Uni\u00e3o terminam em 29 de dezembro.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Em 2022 dever\u00e3o ser lan\u00e7ados outros editais, mas com formatos adequados ao momento econ\u00f4mico do pa\u00eds, segundo Jo\u00e3o Grognet, coordenador-geral de estrat\u00e9gia de recupera\u00e7\u00e3o de cr\u00e9ditos da PGFN.
