DOU de 26.11.2021.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A Portaria Coana n\u00ba 51\/2021 disponibilizou, por meio de processo digital aberto no Centro Virtual de Atendimento (e-CAC), conforme Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa RFB n\u00ba 2.022\/2021, o servi\u00e7o Siscomex Carga &#8211; Impugnar Notifica\u00e7\u00e3o de Lan\u00e7amento, localizado na \u00e1rea de concentra\u00e7\u00e3o tem\u00e1tica (ACT) Com\u00e9rcio Exterior &#8211; Carga no e-CAC.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Para apresentar a Impugna\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 Notifica\u00e7\u00e3o de Lan\u00e7amento por meio do servi\u00e7o supramencionado o contribuinte dever\u00e1:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">a) apresentar a impugna\u00e7\u00e3o nos termos dispostos no art. 16 do Decreto 70.235\/1972 ; e<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">b) juntar os seguintes documentos ao processo digital:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">b.1) Notifica\u00e7\u00e3o de Lan\u00e7amento Eletr\u00f4nica da multa;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">b.2) Documento de identifica\u00e7\u00e3o oficial do representante legal;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">b.3) Ato constitutivo da Pessoa Jur\u00eddica (contrato social, estatuto ou ata) e \u00faltima altera\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">b.4) se requerido por procurador, a Procura\u00e7\u00e3o e o documento de identifica\u00e7\u00e3o oficial do procurador.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">(Portaria Coana n\u00ba 51\/2021 &#8211;
