DOU de 23.11.2021.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">O Ato Declarat\u00f3rio Executivo COSIT n\u00ba 34\/2021 declara que a Revis\u00e3o de Pronunciamentos T\u00e9cnicos CPC n\u00ba 18\/2021, n\u00e3o contempla modifica\u00e7\u00e3o ou ado\u00e7\u00e3o de novos m\u00e9todos ou crit\u00e9rios cont\u00e1beis, ou a modifica\u00e7\u00e3o ou ado\u00e7\u00e3o contemplada n\u00e3o produz efeitos na apura\u00e7\u00e3o dos tributos federais.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">O referido documento de revis\u00e3o estabelece altera\u00e7\u00f5es no Pronunciamento T\u00e9cnico CPC 06 (R2) &#8211; Arrendamento em decorr\u00eancia de benef\u00edcios que v\u00e3o al\u00e9m de 30.06.2021, relacionados \u00e0 Covid-19 concedidos para arrendat\u00e1rios em contratos de arrendamento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A contabiliza\u00e7\u00e3o decorrente da aplica\u00e7\u00e3o do expediente pr\u00e1tico previsto na Revis\u00e3o de Pronunciamentos T\u00e9cnicos CPC n\u00ba 18\/2021, ser\u00e1 submetido ao tratamento tribut\u00e1rio previsto no Anexo V da Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa RFB n\u00ba 1.753\/2017 , inclu\u00eddo pela Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa RFB n\u00ba 1.889\/2019 , que traz orienta\u00e7\u00f5es sobre os ajustes a serem realizados na determina\u00e7\u00e3o do lucro real e do resultado ajustado, devendo ser observados pela pessoa jur\u00eddica arrendat\u00e1ria de contrato de arrendamento mercantil tributada pelo lucro real.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">(Ato Declarat\u00f3rio Executivo COSIT n\u00ba 34\/2021 &#8211;
