DOU de 20.10.2021.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Foi alterado o Cotepe\/ICMS n\u00ba 65\/2018 que disp\u00f5e sobre as especifica\u00e7\u00f5es t\u00e9cnicas para a gera\u00e7\u00e3o de arquivos referentes \u00e0s informa\u00e7\u00f5es prestadas por institui\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras e de pagamento, integrantes ou n\u00e3o do Sistema de Pagamentos Brasileiro (SPB), relativas \u00e0s transa\u00e7\u00f5es com cart\u00f5es de d\u00e9bito, cr\u00e9dito, de loja (private label) e demais instrumentos de pagamento eletr\u00f4nico, realizadas por pessoas jur\u00eddicas inscritas no Cadastro Nacional de Pessoa Jur\u00eddica (CNPJ) ou pessoas f\u00edsicas inscritas no Cadastro de Pessoa F\u00edsica (CPF), ainda que n\u00e3o inscritas no cadastro de contribuintes do ICMS, nos termos do Conv\u00eanio ICMS n\u00ba 134\/2016 .<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Desse modo, a vers\u00e3o 07 da Declara\u00e7\u00e3o de Informa\u00e7\u00f5es de Meios de Pagamentos (DIMP vers\u00e3o 07), conforme manual de orienta\u00e7\u00e3o, est\u00e1 disponibilizada no site do Confaz &lt;www.confaz.fazenda.gov.br&gt;, ficando revogado o Ato Cotepe\/ICMS n\u00ba 61\/2021.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">O ato em fundamento entra em vigor em 20.10.2021, produzindo efeitos a partir de 1\u00ba.11.2021.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">(Ato Cotepe\/ICMS n\u00ba 69\/2021 &#8211;
