DOU de 15.10.2021.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Foram publicados os Protocolos ICMS n\u00bas 46 a 50\/2021, que disp\u00f5em sobre substitui\u00e7\u00e3o tribut\u00e1ria, forma\u00e7\u00e3o de lote para exporta\u00e7\u00e3o e programa de educa\u00e7\u00e3o fiscal, conforme segue:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">&#8211; Protocolo ICMS n\u00ba 46\/2021 &#8211; altera o Protocolo ICMS n\u00ba 216\/2012 que disp\u00f5e sobre a substitui\u00e7\u00e3o tribut\u00e1ria nas opera\u00e7\u00f5es com material de limpeza, com efeitos a partir de 1\u00ba.11.2021;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">&#8211; Protocolo ICMS n\u00ba 47\/2021 &#8211; altera o Protocolo ICMS n\u00ba 14\/2007 que disp\u00f5e sobre a substitui\u00e7\u00e3o tribut\u00e1ria nas opera\u00e7\u00f5es com bebidas quentes, com efeitos a partir de 1\u00ba.12.2021;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">&#8211; Protocolo ICMS n\u00ba 48\/2021 &#8211; altera o Protocolo n\u00ba 93\/2009 que disp\u00f5e sobre a substitui\u00e7\u00e3o tribut\u00e1ria nas opera\u00e7\u00f5es com materiais de limpeza relacionados no Anexo XII do Conv\u00eanio ICMS n\u00ba 142\/2018 , o qual estabelece os regimes de substitui\u00e7\u00e3o tribut\u00e1ria e de antecipa\u00e7\u00e3o de recolhimento do ICMS com encerramento de tributa\u00e7\u00e3o, relativos ao imposto devido pelas opera\u00e7\u00f5es subsequentes;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">&#8211; Protocolo ICMS n\u00ba 49\/2021 &#8211; altera o Protocolo ICMS n\u00ba 64\/2015 que disp\u00f5e sobre remessa de petr\u00f3leo bruto para forma\u00e7\u00e3o de lote para posterior exporta\u00e7\u00e3o; e<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">&#8211; Protocolo ICMS n\u00ba 50\/2021 &#8211; altera o Protocolo ICMS n\u00ba 44\/2019 que disp\u00f5e sobre a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o e fortalecimento do Programa Nacional de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Fiscal (PNEF) no \u00e2mbito Estadual, com efeitos a partir de 1\u00ba.12.2021.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">(Despacho CONFAZ n\u00ba 72\/2021 &#8211;
