O nome \u00e9 esse porque quando foi institu\u00eddo os contribuintes deveriam preencher uma ficha especial de controle para fazer o aproveitamento dos cr\u00e9ditos provenientes do ativo imobilizado. Mas a partir de 2011, os dados do CIAP passaram a ser informados na escritura\u00e7\u00e3o fiscal digital.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Estes dados agora s\u00e3o preenchidos no Bloco G da EFD. Esse preenchimento, \u00e0 primeira vista, parece complexo, mas entendendo esse tipo de escritura\u00e7\u00e3o, pode ser um grande diferencial no mercado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">De um modo geral, com aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de um bem, o contribuinte possui o direito a se creditar do ICMS suportado. Como se tratam de aquisi\u00e7\u00f5es de alt\u00edssimo valor, estamos falando de valores de cr\u00e9ditos tribut\u00e1rios bem consider\u00e1veis.
