Quem n\u00e3o o fizer, ter\u00e1 os seus d\u00e9bitos que estiverem em aberto no m\u00eas de outubro inscritos na D\u00edvida Ativa da Uni\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Apesar de perder diversos benef\u00edcios tribut\u00e1rios e direitos previdenci\u00e1rios, o MEI em d\u00edvida com a Receita Federal n\u00e3o tem o seu CNPJ cancelado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">No caso de contribuintes com d\u00e9bitos da compet\u00eancia 2016 e que n\u00e3o tenham feito o parcelamento neste ano, as d\u00edvidas ser\u00e3o enviadas \u00e0 Procuradoria.
