DOU de 09.09.2021.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Por interm\u00e9dio do Despacho Confaz n\u00ba 62\/2021 o Confaz deu publicidade aos Conv\u00eanios ICMS n\u00bas 143 e 144\/2021, que disp\u00f5em sobre substitui\u00e7\u00e3o tribut\u00e1ria nas opera\u00e7\u00f5es com combust\u00edveis e cr\u00e9dito presumido na aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de energia el\u00e9trica e servi\u00e7o de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o, conforme segue:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">&#8211; Conv\u00eanio ICMS n\u00ba 143\/2021 &#8211; altera o Conv\u00eanio ICMS n\u00ba 110\/2007 que disp\u00f5e sobre o regime de substitui\u00e7\u00e3o tribut\u00e1ria relativo ICMS devido pelas opera\u00e7\u00f5es com combust\u00edveis e lubrificantes, derivados ou n\u00e3o de petr\u00f3leo, relacionados no Anexo VII do Conv\u00eanio ICMS n\u00ba 142\/2018 e estabelece os procedimentos para o controle, apura\u00e7\u00e3o, repasse, dedu\u00e7\u00e3o, ressarcimento e complemento do imposto, com efeitos a partir de 1\u00ba.11.2021; e<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">&#8211; Conv\u00eanio ICMS n\u00ba 144\/2021 &#8211; altera o Conv\u00eanio ICMS n\u00ba 102\/2013 que autoriza as Unidades da Federa\u00e7\u00e3o que menciona a concederem cr\u00e9dito presumido na aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de energia el\u00e9trica e de servi\u00e7o de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o, com efeitos na data da publica\u00e7\u00e3o de sua ratifica\u00e7\u00e3o nacional no Di\u00e1rio Oficial da Uni\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">(Despacho CONFAZ n\u00ba 62\/2021 &#8211;
