{"id":18520,"date":"2021-08-20T10:41:31","date_gmt":"2021-08-20T13:41:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/bonettiassociados.com.br\/?p=18520"},"modified":"2021-08-20T10:41:31","modified_gmt":"2021-08-20T13:41:31","slug":"e-social-habilitada-validacao-de-fap-para-eventos-s-1005","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/bonettiassociados.com.br\/index.php\/2021\/08\/20\/e-social-habilitada-validacao-de-fap-para-eventos-s-1005\/","title":{"rendered":"E-SOCIAL \u2013 HABILITADA VALIDA\u00c7\u00c3O DE FAP PARA EVENTOS S-1005"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">FAP ser\u00e1 validado na tabela, no momento do recebimento dos eventos S-1005, conforme regras para a vers\u00e3o S-1.0 ou 2.5 do leiaute.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">No eSocial, a recep\u00e7\u00e3o do evento S-1005 (Tabela de Estabelecimentos, Obras ou Unidades de \u00d3rg\u00e3os P\u00fablicos) est\u00e1 condicionada \u00e0 valida\u00e7\u00e3o do Fator Acident\u00e1rio de Preven\u00e7\u00e3o na Tabela FAP, e essa valida\u00e7\u00e3o ocorre de forma distinta, de acordo com a vers\u00e3o do leiaute do eSocial utilizado no evento transmitido.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Na vers\u00e3o S-1.0, o FAP n\u00e3o deve ser informado no evento S-1005 (o evento ser\u00e1 rejeitado e o sistema retornar\u00e1 mensagem de erro). O FAP s\u00f3 deve ser informado caso a empresa possua algum processo judicial que altere o valor padr\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">J\u00e1 na vers\u00e3o 2.5, o FAP deve ser sempre informado no evento S-1005 e o valor ser\u00e1 validado na tabela FAP. Em caso de diverg\u00eancia, o evento n\u00e3o ser\u00e1 recepcionado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Os valores de FAP podem ser consultados pelas empresas pelo FAPWeb no endere\u00e7o https:\/\/www2.dataprev.gov.br\/FapWeb\/pages\/login.xhtml.
