{"id":18401,"date":"2021-08-16T10:24:40","date_gmt":"2021-08-16T13:24:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/bonettiassociados.com.br\/?p=18401"},"modified":"2021-08-16T10:24:40","modified_gmt":"2021-08-16T13:24:40","slug":"prazo-e-limite-para-isencao-de-ipi-sao-alterados","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/bonettiassociados.com.br\/index.php\/2021\/08\/16\/prazo-e-limite-para-isencao-de-ipi-sao-alterados\/","title":{"rendered":"PRAZO E LIMITE PARA ISEN\u00c7\u00c3O DE IPI S\u00c3O ALTERADOS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Mudan\u00e7as ocorrem na aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de ve\u00edculos com Isen\u00e7\u00e3o de IPI para pessoas com defici\u00eancia (PCD),\u202fde acordo com a lei n\u00ba 14.183\/2021.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">As regras e os procedimentos\u202fpara isen\u00e7\u00e3o de IPI na aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de ve\u00edculos, por pessoas com defici\u00eancia ou transtorno do espectro autista, tiveram mudan\u00e7as a partir da lei 14.183, publicada em 14 de julho de 2021.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Entre as mudan\u00e7as, h\u00e1 um novo limite de valor, que passa a ser R$ 140.000, e um novo prazo para aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de outro ve\u00edculo com a mesma isen\u00e7\u00e3o, que passa a ser de 3 anos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A substitui\u00e7\u00e3o\u202fdas\u202fautoriza\u00e7\u00f5es\u202femitidas\u202fantes da publica\u00e7\u00e3o da lei, para considerar os novos limites, \u00e9 autom\u00e1tica somente\u202fnos casos em que ainda n\u00e3o tenham sido adquiridos ve\u00edculos com a isen\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">As autoriza\u00e7\u00f5es de isen\u00e7\u00e3o que j\u00e1 foram utilizadas\u202fn\u00e3o podem ser alteradas ap\u00f3s a aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o do ve\u00edculo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Na lista de servi\u00e7os, no Site de Receita Federal, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel verificar as informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre a isen\u00e7\u00e3o de IPI na aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de ve\u00edculos.
