DOU 1 de 12.08.2021.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa RFB n\u00ba 2.041\/2021, cujas disposi\u00e7\u00f5es entrar\u00e3o em vigor em 23.08.2021, alterou a Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa RFB n\u00ba 2.022\/2021, que disp\u00f5e sobre a entrega de documentos e a intera\u00e7\u00e3o eletr\u00f4nica em processos digitais no \u00e2mbito da Secretaria Especial da Receita Federal do Brasil (RFB).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">De acordo com as altera\u00e7\u00f5es, ora introduzidas:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">a) tamb\u00e9m dever\u00e3o ser juntados aos autos do processo digital, por meio da digitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o do original:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">a.1) o documento que comprove a outorga de poderes;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">a.2) o documento de identifica\u00e7\u00e3o do outorgado; e<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">a.3) em caso de procura\u00e7\u00e3o outorgada por instrumento particular sem firma reconhecida, o documento de identifica\u00e7\u00e3o do outorgante.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">b) na solicita\u00e7\u00e3o de juntada, os documentos dever\u00e3o ser enviados em arquivos separados, conforme o conte\u00fado, com indica\u00e7\u00e3o do tipo de documento no sistema e-Processo, vedado seu fracionamento, exceto quando o arquivo exceder 15 megabytes, que equivalem a 15.360 kilobytes;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">c) o Anexo I da Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa RFB n\u00ba 2.022\/2021, fica substitu\u00eddo pelo Anexo \u00danico da norma em refer\u00eancia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">(Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa RFB n\u00ba 2.041\/2021 &#8211;
