width: 167.986px; border-style: solid; border-color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Decreto Legislativo n\u00ba <u><a href=\"http:\/\/www.iob.com.br\/sitedocliente\/news_legdb.asp?idlogico=ES-SP+DLEG+2510+2021\">2.510\/2021<\/a><\/u><\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A presente manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o do Poder Legislativo est\u00e1 prevista no art. 23 da Lei n\u00ba 17.293\/2020, o qual determina que os novos benef\u00edcios fiscais e financeiros-fiscais somente ser\u00e3o concedidos ap\u00f3s referida manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Por fim, o Poder Executivo fica autorizado a implementar os conv\u00eanios aprovados, desde que haja previs\u00e3o da despesa na Lei Or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria Anual e sejam atendidos os requisitos da Lei Complementar n\u00ba 101\/2000.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">(Decreto Legislativo n\u00ba 2.506\/2021;
