pelos Planos Econ\u00f4micos Bresser (jun\/87), Ver\u00e3o (jan\/89), Collor I (abr\/1990) e Collor II (jan\/91).<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Os (as) poupadores (as) que entraram com a\u00e7\u00f5es na justi\u00e7a pleiteando os pagamentos, ajuizadas at\u00e9 20 anos da edi\u00e7\u00e3o de cada plano ou em 5 anos ap\u00f3s o tr\u00e2nsito em julgado de senten\u00e7a coletiva com ajuizamento at\u00e9 11\/12\/2017, t\u00eam direito a aderir ao acordo coletivo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">As ades\u00f5es poder\u00e3o ser feitas na Plataforma FEBRABAN, no \u2018Portal de Acordo Planos Econ\u00f4micos\u2019, dispon\u00edvel em: https:\/\/www.pagamentodapoupanca.com.br\/, em Mesas de Ades\u00e3o Direta com a Caixa Econ\u00f4mica Federal (informa\u00e7\u00f5es dispon\u00edveis em: https:\/\/febrapo.org.br\/planos-economicos\/ ou nos pr\u00f3prios autos, preferencialmente atrav\u00e9s do F\u00f3rum de Concilia\u00e7\u00e3o Virtual.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Em ju\u00edzo, as propostas ser\u00e3o apresentadas pela Caixa Econ\u00f4mica Federal, caso em que haver\u00e1 a
