Irrelevante, no caso, se a remessa ao encomendante dos produtos industrializados por encomenda ocorreu com suspens\u00e3o ou tributa\u00e7\u00e3o do IPI, importa sim a configura\u00e7\u00e3o dos produtos desse modo industrializados como insumos para nova industrializa\u00e7\u00e3o a cargo do encomendante.
