O Fisco nunca baixou menos de 1.000 medidas como estas. Num ano recente, passou de 3.000. No que depender de Lira, isso ser\u00e1 explicitamente proibido a partir da aprova\u00e7\u00e3o da reforma do sistema de impostos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Se a proposta passar, o establishment do Fisco brasileiro sair\u00e1 desidratado. O texto da reforma foi formatado pela Receita Federal e tem forte componente corporativo: 25% tratam de reorganiza\u00e7\u00e3o de impostos e 75% cuidam de transformar normas atuais em lei.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u201cEsses 75% ser\u00e3o completamente eliminados do projeto. E vamos proibir a Receita Federal de baixar esse grande volume de resolu\u00e7\u00f5es, legislando sem ter poder para tal\u201d, tem dito o presidente da C\u00e2mara.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">O novo relat\u00f3rio da reforma ser\u00e1 apresentado a l\u00edderes partid\u00e1rios na 3\u00aa feira (13.jul.2021). O relator \u00e9 o deputado Celso Sabino (PSDB-PA).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A avalia\u00e7\u00e3o da C\u00fapula do Congresso \u00e9 de que as empresas e os pagadores de impostos t\u00eam inseguran\u00e7a por n\u00e3o saberem se a regra de hoje ser\u00e1 ainda a regra correta amanh\u00e3.
