DOU de 13.07.2021.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A Portaria COAF n\u00ba 10\/2021 instituiu o Servi\u00e7o de Informa\u00e7\u00f5es ao Cidad\u00e3o do Conselho de Controle de Atividades Financeiras (SIC\/Coaf), com o objetivo de:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">a) atender e orientar o p\u00fablico quanto ao acesso a informa\u00e7\u00f5es;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">b) informar sobre a tramita\u00e7\u00e3o de documentos nas suas respectivas unidades;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">c) protocolizar documentos e requerimentos de acesso a informa\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Ressalta-se que, n\u00e3o ser\u00e3o prestadas, no \u00e2mbito do SIC\/Coaf, informa\u00e7\u00f5es protegidas por hip\u00f3teses legais de restri\u00e7\u00e3o de acesso relacionadas \u00e0s atribui\u00e7\u00f5es institucionais do Coaf.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">O pedido de acesso \u00e0 informa\u00e7\u00e3o formulado com base na Lei n\u00ba 12.527\/2011, e apresentado ao Coaf deve ser registrado na Plataforma Fala.BR, porta de entrada \u00fanica para pedido do g\u00eanero.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A resposta a pedido de acesso \u00e0 informa\u00e7\u00e3o considerada de interesse coletivo ou geral, bem como aquela decorrente de pedidos repetitivos, ser\u00e1 divulgada pela internet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">As disposi\u00e7\u00f5es que orientam o SIC\/Coaf entrar\u00e3o em vigor a partir de 02.08.2021.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">(Portaria COAF n\u00ba 10\/2021 &#8211;
