O texto em an\u00e1lise na C\u00e2mara dos Deputados altera o C\u00f3digo de Processo Civil, que hoje n\u00e3o autoriza essa pr\u00e1tica.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Atualmente, o parcelamento s\u00f3 \u00e9 poss\u00edvel nos embargos, na fase de defesa do executado e antes da senten\u00e7a, comprovado o dep\u00f3sito de 30% do valor em execu\u00e7\u00e3o, acrescido de custas e de honor\u00e1rios.
