{"id":17173,"date":"2021-06-17T10:50:09","date_gmt":"2021-06-17T13:50:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/bonettiassociados.com.br\/?p=17173"},"modified":"2021-06-17T10:50:09","modified_gmt":"2021-06-17T13:50:09","slug":"sped-previdenciaria-prorrogados-os-prazos-de-entrega-da-efd-reinf-e-dctfweb-referentes-a-maio-2021","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/bonettiassociados.com.br\/index.php\/2021\/06\/17\/sped-previdenciaria-prorrogados-os-prazos-de-entrega-da-efd-reinf-e-dctfweb-referentes-a-maio-2021\/","title":{"rendered":"SPED\/PREVIDENCI\u00c1RIA &#8211; PRORROGADOS OS PRAZOS DE ENTREGA DA EFD-REINF E DCTFWEB REFERENTES A MAIO\/2021"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Portaria RFB n\u00ba 43\/2021 &#8211; DOU &#8211; Edi\u00e7\u00e3o Extra de 16.06.2021.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Foram prorrogados para o dia 18.06.2021 (sexta-feira), os prazos relativos ao per\u00edodo de apura\u00e7\u00e3o maio\/2021:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">a) para apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o da Declara\u00e7\u00e3o de D\u00e9bitos e Cr\u00e9ditos Tribut\u00e1rios Federais Previdenci\u00e1rios e de Outras Entidades e Fundos (DCTFWeb);<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">b) para transmiss\u00e3o da Escritura\u00e7\u00e3o Fiscal Digital de Reten\u00e7\u00f5es e Outras Informa\u00e7\u00f5es Fiscais (EFD-Reinf).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">De acordo com a Receita Federal &#8220;a prorroga\u00e7\u00e3o foi motivada pela verifica\u00e7\u00e3o de instabilidade no acesso ao Centro Virtual de Atendimento ao Contribuinte (e-CAC) no dia 15 de junho, prazo originalmente previsto para o envio das obriga\u00e7\u00f5es.
