DOU de 14.06.2021.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Foi aprovado o Termo de Ades\u00e3o ao Sistema de Compensa\u00e7\u00e3o Previdenci\u00e1ria (Comprev), conforme modelo anexo \u00e0 Portaria SPREV n\u00ba 6.657\/2021 , destinado a manter atualizado o cadastro de todos os benef\u00edcios objeto de compensa\u00e7\u00e3o financeira e a apurar os montantes devidos pelos regimes previdenci\u00e1rios (Regime Geral de Previd\u00eancia Social &#8211; RGPS e Regimes Pr\u00f3prios de Previd\u00eancia Social &#8211; RPPS), e destes entre si, para operacionaliza\u00e7\u00e3o da compensa\u00e7\u00e3o financeira de que trata a Lei n\u00ba 9.796\/1999 e o Decreto n\u00ba 10.188\/2019 .<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">O Sistema Comprev \u00e9 um sistema eletr\u00f4nico disponibilizado pela Secretaria Especial de Previd\u00eancia e Trabalho, do Minist\u00e9rio da Economia (SEPRT\/ME), destinado ao cadastro e ao processamento de todos os benef\u00edcios objeto da compensa\u00e7\u00e3o financeira, na hip\u00f3tese de contagem rec\u00edproca de tempo de contribui\u00e7\u00e3o para efeito de aposentadoria entre o RGPS e os RPPS dos servidores p\u00fablicos da Uni\u00e3o, dos Estados, do Distrito Federal e dos Munic\u00edpios, e dos regimes pr\u00f3prios entre si, e a apura\u00e7\u00e3o do montante devido pelos regimes de origem.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">O Termo de Ades\u00e3o dever\u00e1 ser celebrado com a SEPRT\/ME:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">a) pelo Instituto Nacional do Seguro Social (INSS),<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">b) pela Secretaria de Gest\u00e3o e Desempenho de Pessoal do Minist\u00e9rio da Economia, representando a Uni\u00e3o; e<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">c) pelos representantes legais dos Estados, Distrito Federal e Munic\u00edpios.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Os procedimentos para envio do Termo de Ades\u00e3o ser\u00e3o disponibilizados no site da Secretaria de Previd\u00eancia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Os Acordos de Coopera\u00e7\u00e3o T\u00e9cnica (ACT) em vigor at\u00e9 14.06.2021 permanecer\u00e3o v\u00e1lidos at\u00e9 31.12.2021.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">(Portaria SPREV n\u00ba 6.657\/2021 &#8211;
