{"id":17010,"date":"2021-06-11T11:10:10","date_gmt":"2021-06-11T14:10:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/bonettiassociados.com.br\/?p=17010"},"modified":"2021-06-11T11:10:10","modified_gmt":"2021-06-11T14:10:10","slug":"irpj-csl-cofins-pis-pasep-valores-recebidos-a-titulo-de-pagamento-por-servicos-ambientais-nao-integram-a-base-de-calculo-do-imposto-e-das-contribuicoes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/bonettiassociados.com.br\/index.php\/2021\/06\/11\/irpj-csl-cofins-pis-pasep-valores-recebidos-a-titulo-de-pagamento-por-servicos-ambientais-nao-integram-a-base-de-calculo-do-imposto-e-das-contribuicoes\/","title":{"rendered":"IRPJ\/CSL\/COFINS\/PIS-PASEP &#8211; VALORES RECEBIDOS A T\u00cdTULO DE PAGAMENTO POR SERVI\u00c7OS AMBIENTAIS N\u00c3O INTEGRAM A BASE DE C\u00c1LCULO DO IMPOSTO E DAS CONTRIBUI\u00c7\u00d5ES"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Lei n\u00ba 14.119\/2021 &#8211; DOU 1 de 11.06.2021.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A Lei n\u00ba 14.119\/2021 institui a Pol\u00edtica Nacional de Pagamento por Servi\u00e7os Ambientais; e altera as Leis n\u00bas 8.212\/1991, 8.629\/1993, e 6.015\/1973, para adequ\u00e1-las \u00e0 nova pol\u00edtica.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Em face da rejei\u00e7\u00e3o dos vetos parciais quando da convers\u00e3o em lei, foi promulgada a Lei n\u00ba 14.119\/2021 , nos termos do \u00a7 5\u00ba do art. 66 da Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o Federal ( CF\/1988 ), a seguinte parte vetada:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">a) os valores recebidos a t\u00edtulo de pagamento por servi\u00e7os ambientais, n\u00e3o integram a base de c\u00e1lculo do IRPJ, da CSL, da Cofins e do PIS-Pasep.
