DOU de 01.06.2021.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa RFB n\u00ba 2.021\/2021 , que estabeleceu novo disciplinamento para o c\u00e1lculo das contribui\u00e7\u00f5es previdenci\u00e1rias e das contribui\u00e7\u00f5es destinadas a terceiros, incidentes sobre o valor da remunera\u00e7\u00e3o da m\u00e3o de obra utilizada na execu\u00e7\u00e3o de obra de constru\u00e7\u00e3o civil, para fins de sua regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o perante a Secretaria Especial da Receita Federal do Brasil (RFB), sofreu a inclus\u00e3o e altera\u00e7\u00e3o de diversos de seus Anexos, entre eles, os referentes \u00e0s Certid\u00f5es Negativas e Positivas de D\u00e9bitos, tendo sido ainda, determinado que:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">a) a Certid\u00e3o Negativa de D\u00e9bitos (CND) ou a Certid\u00e3o Positiva com Efeito de Negativa de D\u00e9bitos (CPEND) relativa \u00e0 obra de constru\u00e7\u00e3o civil, caso solicitada para obra de constru\u00e7\u00e3o civil n\u00e3o pass\u00edvel de averba\u00e7\u00e3o no registro de im\u00f3veis, ser\u00e1 expedida conforme os modelos constantes dos Anexos IX a XII, e ser\u00e1 v\u00e1lida para quaisquer finalidades, exceto para averba\u00e7\u00e3o da obra no registro de im\u00f3veis;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">b) se houver pend\u00eancias impeditivas \u00e0 emiss\u00e3o da CND ou da CPEND, ser\u00e1 emitida pela RFB, mediante requerimento, a Certid\u00e3o Positiva de D\u00e9bitos de Obra de Constru\u00e7\u00e3o Civil relativos a Tributos Federais e \u00e0 D\u00edvida Ativa da Uni\u00e3o, conforme os modelos constantes nos Anexos VI, VII, VIII, XIII, XIV ou XV da Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa RFB n\u00ba 2.021\/2021.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">(Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa RFB n\u00ba 2.028\/2021 &#8211;
