NOVA VERS\u00c3O 1.5.1 DA EFD-REINF"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Foi publicada em 24.05.2021, no Portal do eSocial (www.gov.br\/esocial), a vers\u00e3o atualizada da Nota Orientativa n\u00ba 5\/2021.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Foi publicada em 24.05.2021, no Portal do eSocial (www.gov.br\/esocial), a vers\u00e3o atualizada da Nota Orientativa n\u00ba 5\/2021, a qual tem por objetivo orientar os contribuintes que desenvolvem atividades rurais (produtor rural pessoa f\u00edsica ou jur\u00eddica, agroind\u00fastria e o segurado especial) acerca da forma correta de informar os registros de suas informa\u00e7\u00f5es no eSocial.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A suspens\u00e3o tempor\u00e1ria na implanta\u00e7\u00e3o da vers\u00e3o S-1.0 do eSocial, em consequ\u00eancia de problemas apontados pela Dataprev na internaliza\u00e7\u00e3o dos eventos em seus sistemas, al\u00e9m de impactos no pr\u00f3prio eSocial, tamb\u00e9m resultou em impactos na EFD-Reinf, conforme apontados a seguir:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">a) A implanta\u00e7\u00e3o do evento R-2055, que faz parte da vers\u00e3o 1.5.1 dos leiautes da EFD-Reinf, fica suspensa;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">b) As informa\u00e7\u00f5es de aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de produ\u00e7\u00e3o rural devem continuar a ser prestadas no eSocial utilizando o evento S-1250, at\u00e9 que a vers\u00e3o S-1.0 entre em produ\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">c) O envio do evento R-2010 por pessoas f\u00edsicas, nas situa\u00e7\u00f5es permitidas, tamb\u00e9m fica suspenso;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">O descrito nos itens &#8220;a&#8221;, &#8220;b&#8221;
