DOM S\u00e3o Paulo de 25.05.2021.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A partir de 1\u00ba.06.2021, quando n\u00e3o houver disposi\u00e7\u00e3o espec\u00edfica versando de forma diversa, o aplicativo Solu\u00e7\u00e3o de Atendimento Virtual (SAV), dispon\u00edvel no s\u00edtio https:\/\/sav.prefeitura.sp.gov.br\/, dever\u00e1 ser utilizado tamb\u00e9m para protocolos relacionados com o regime das sociedades uniprofissionais (SUP), com as seguntes finalidades:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">a) pedido de enquadramento de pessoa jur\u00eddica (PJ) como sociedade uniprofissional (SUP);<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">b) pedido de desenquadramento de sociedade uniprofissional, desde que retroativo a exerc\u00edcios ou incid\u00eancias anteriores \u00e0 do protocolo; e<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">c) recurso em raz\u00e3o do desenquadramento do regime de sociedade uniprofissional por falta de entrega da Declara\u00e7\u00e3o das Sociedades Uniprofissionais (D-sup).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">O contribuinte deve atentar para o prazo de 30 dias, para protocolar o recurso que trata a letra &#8220;c&#8221;, por meio da SAV.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">(Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa SF\/SUREM n\u00ba 8\/2021 &#8211;
