Em todos os casos, o eventual descumprimento dessas normas sujeitar\u00e1 o infrator a san\u00e7\u00f5es previstas na Lei das Licita\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u201cO princ\u00edpio da publicidade possui status constitucional, e todas as formas poss\u00edveis de se evitar a corrup\u00e7\u00e3o e o desperd\u00edcio de dinheiro p\u00fablico devem ser efetivadas\u201d, disse o autor da proposta, deputado Alexandre Frota (PSDB-SP).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Tramita\u00e7\u00e3o<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">O projeto ser\u00e1 analisado pelas comiss\u00f5es de Trabalho, de Administra\u00e7\u00e3o e Servi\u00e7o P\u00fablico; de Finan\u00e7as e Tributa\u00e7\u00e3o; e de Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o e Justi\u00e7a e de Cidadania.
