{"id":16438,"date":"2021-05-10T10:44:52","date_gmt":"2021-05-10T13:44:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/bonettiassociados.com.br\/?p=16438"},"modified":"2021-05-10T10:44:52","modified_gmt":"2021-05-10T13:44:52","slug":"itr-divulgada-a-renovacao-de-atos-que-tratam-do-cadastro-nacional-de-imoveis-rurais","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/bonettiassociados.com.br\/index.php\/2021\/05\/10\/itr-divulgada-a-renovacao-de-atos-que-tratam-do-cadastro-nacional-de-imoveis-rurais\/","title":{"rendered":"ITR \u2013 DIVULGADA A RENOVA\u00c7\u00c3O DE ATOS QUE TRATAM DO CADASTRO NACIONAL DE IM\u00d3VEIS RURAIS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Por meio do ato em fundamento, foram revogadas as seguintes Instru\u00e7\u00f5es Normativas:<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">a) Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa Conjunta Incra\/RFB n\u00ba 1\/2016 , que altera a Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa Conjunta RFB\/Incra n\u00ba 1.581\/2015 , a qual foi revogada pela Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa Conjunta RFB\/Incra n\u00ba 1.968\/2020 , que disp\u00f5e sobre a obrigatoriedade de vincula\u00e7\u00e3o de im\u00f3veis inscritos no Sistema Nacional de Cadastro Rural (SNCR) e no Cadastro de Im\u00f3veis Rurais (Cafir) para fins de estrutura\u00e7\u00e3o do Cadastro Nacional de Im\u00f3veis Rurais (CNIR);<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">b) Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa Conjunta RFB\/Incra n\u00ba 1.724\/2017 , que altera a Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa Conjunta RFB\/Incra n\u00ba 1.581\/2015 , a qual foi revogada pela Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa Conjunta RFB\/Incra n\u00ba 1.968\/2020 , que disp\u00f5e sobre a obrigatoriedade de vincula\u00e7\u00e3o de im\u00f3veis inscritos no SNCR e no Cafir para fins de estrutura\u00e7\u00e3o do CNIR; e<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">c) Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa Conjunta RFB\/Incra n\u00ba 1.807\/2018 , que altera a Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa Conjunta RFB\/Incra n\u00ba 1.581\/2015 , a qual foi revogada pela Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa Conjunta RFB\/Incra n\u00ba 1.968\/2020 , que disp\u00f5e sobre a obrigatoriedade de vincula\u00e7\u00e3o de im\u00f3veis inscritos no SNCR e no Cafir para fins de estrutura\u00e7\u00e3o do CNIR.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa em fundamento entra em vigor em 10.05.2021.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">(Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa Conjunta RFB\/INCRA n\u00ba 2.025\/2021 &#8211;
